Landon loved to color and cut at 2 years old when he started speech

therapy. His SLP would let him cut and glue the pictures and

practice speech sounds. I bought him this book early on to get him

to practice speech with me at home. He didn't like practicing with

me so this made it fun and it didn't feel like therapy. He started

out learning bee, bow, bye, bay, boo (p's and m's) and animal sounds

so I would try to choose pictures that I could use to practice the

target sounds he was working on in therapy. It comes with a disk so

you can make lots of copies to practice with.

Whatever your child is interested in run with it and try to practice

speech sounds while playing.

Thanks! We are trying to find new ideas for therapy and my brain is

shot. We will definitely add these to the xmas wish list. Seems

like our therapist should be printing these out and bringing them to

us instead of the other way around. I am so glad to have you guys!
