potty training..please help!!!...any suggestions welcome!!!

I welcome any suggestions here!!! My son is 3 yrs. almost 2.5 months with

either oral or verbal apraxia (I have never understood the difference) and I

have tried “everything” I know of with the potty training, used tricks that

other mothers have used with absolutely no luck. Six months ago he wouldn’t

even sit on the potty fully clothed. Now, he will sit on the potty with no

problem, but I can’t seem to catch him even to just pee, not to mention the

other. One time he sat in the potty for about 30 minutes prior to bath time

and I sat beside him and read him books. After 30 minutes I gave up, put

him in the tub, and within 5 minutes I looked down and saw him peeing in the

water. Bummer!!!

I keep telling myself that he won’t go to kindergarten in diapers!!! I hope

that is true.

I welcome all suggestions.
