Guest guest
Hi all, just getting around to fine-tuning Evoni's probiotics. She is gfcf and has been taking acidophilus. Stool tests by Dan doc has discovered an extreme shortage of bifido, so I am looking at switching to Kirkman Lab's bifido probiotic. According to DAN doc she has no yeast problem. However, her entire gut bacteria results were off the charts so I'm wondering if I need a broader spectrum probiotic. Is anybody using ThreeLac ( mentioned it) or other combo probiotics that I should explore? Thanks

Guest guest
Hi Jenna, Klaire Labs do a good, strong Probiotic called Therbiotic Complete powder (comes in capsules that can be opened and mixed + drinks or powder). We use for our 12 yr old 1/4 5ml Tsp 2x per day. I think this is the probiotic favoured by Dr McCandless - Children with Starving Brains. It tastes OK and is fine for CF diets (I think but better check on this).
