I don't get it how can a gluten free pizza crust mix have a packet of yeast

in it? I thought that yeast was bad and contributed to the problems in the

gut. I know there is some yeast in things and in the body but I made my son a

gluten free pizza and he ate some two days in a row and both days he didnt go

to the bathroom, he finally went tonight, could it be from the yeast in that

pizza crust. Jen
