Guest guest
Jenn wow you like a blast from the past here today as most today 'start' their child on the 2 capsules!! Back in the old days we used to start our kids on one capsule and ask when to increase. Not that slow was a bad thing as our success rate here has always been high. You can give the two capsules together at the same time -but there may be a problem... the taste factor. Does your child love, mind, notice or hate the taste of the oils? If he hates the taste you may have to split it up into different foods -if he loves it -great. Don't forget when you want to raise again based on what we found in this group your best option would be to add one capsule of the ProEPA to the two capsules of the ProEFA. How long was your child on just the one capsule of ProEFA? What changes have you seen with the oils so far? Keep us posted on what you hear in the next few days -we all love the good news! =====
Guest guest
Hello , thanks for answering my question. My soon to be 3 year old was on the 1 capsule for about 2 months and then I added the second one. he has been on two now for a couple of weeks. I noticed definite improvement in the sounds he was attempting to make. I didnt notice Major changes like a lot of other mom's on here, but they were still huge for us. He started making more sounds and eventually attempted to say more words(this time using the correct sounds for the words). he is at least getting the beginning sound of most words now. It has been wonderful. I still cant get him to do the c or k sound. he uses the t instead for them. I'm hoping that we will have a breakthrough on that one soon. I am really happy with the fish oils thus far. He is pretty picky on his foods though so pudding is the best option I have. he doesnt seem to notice the one in there so i think i will try adding two and see if he notices. Are two capsules of the proefa as much as people have gone after they add the proepa? or can you do more? his speech therapist thinks she has got him this far and gives no credit to the fish oils or all the hard work I have done with him. I will keep you posted on his progress. thanks again for your help. Jenn > > Jenn wow you like a blast from the past here today as most > today 'start' their child on the 2 capsules!!
