Guest guest
+ My son had an MRI and it said: Dilated Virchow-Robin spaces with increased FLAIR signal seen around it, this is of uncertain significance and may represent remote white matter injury. The intern who called me with the results said the MRI was normal. I just wonder why they say it is normal when these Virchow-Robin spaces (whatever that means) may represent remote white matter injury and my son has major global delays, apraxia, hypotonia, dysphasia, receptive language delay, motor planning delays. Do I have a reason to question this? Please help me to understand. Thank you kindly, Jane
