Possible Pdd-Nos diagnosis and adhd I have questions.....

Hi Its not final but the neuro feels my son has pdd & adhd...I've been

looking for awhile for answers for him and I hope I will finally get

them~ My questions to some of ya who have experience what should I

expect, should I change his food Will he get better and be ok for when

he grows up or will he always need me there with him!?...theres so

many questions scrambling through my head But can seem to choose one,

I'm very new this always new my son had some spectrum in him but wasnt

sure exactly what...(once again still not for sure but sounds

right!?!?)- My son is 3 and half..doesnt have much speech

comprehension isnt great..ect. Anyone have any advise or answers whom

have experience or knowledge I would greatly appreciate it!
