Guest guest
No one can answer that question if your son will get better and will he always need you there with him. That is a question I ask myself everyday. I have asked that question for four years, my son is five with pdd Nos and Apraxia. I have tried gluten casein free and definitely he has issues with milk, changing the food helps but some kids are challenging when it comes to eating it. He has made improvements with speech and I believe in my heart he will be independant and that he won't need me there but if he does I will be there. He has limited verbal speech but good comprehension , there is every reason to believe your son will get better.
