body sock Re: OT ideas for strengthening arms

I found them on amazon.com.  My boys are about 39 inches tall.  How do I know

what size to get?  Does it come with instructions on how to use it?

I didn't start my son in ST and OT until he was 30 mos old so I have

no experience with what age these are best for.
