I am searching for help with what I believe my son has. He was diagnosed 9 years

ago with autism (he is now 12), we have tried many interventions, seen countless

therapists and doctors. I have always said that he can not imitate and sees

things mirrored, with very poor motor planning skills. As he's gotten older, he

is more obviously behind in all areas of development. My new SLP told me that,

not only does he have verbal apraxia, he has motor dyspraxia, from my internet

research that is what I've tried to explain all along, but didn't have the

right name. Sorry for burdening you with questions for a child as old as mine,

but I have only recently found out really " who " he is because he is now

communicating with me on a white board. I feel like I am on the wrong list since

most here are not like my son. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I will be

forever grateful.
