There are charity groups that help families in getting hearing aids

for their children such as Serotoma (spelling?), Rotary club etc. Has

Kathy contacted them for donations? They usually pay for the whole

hearing aid(s). UnitedHealthCare has a grant that she could apply for

to get hearing aid covered...she doesn't have to foot the whole bill

by herself.

Thank you for the info. about trying to get the hearing aid covered.? I will try

to get in touch with the places you mentioned...and yes, the web site stays up

after the holidays, too!

Since told me about Shop to Earn/ Shop to Earth, I have also told others

that are in similar situations and need/want to shop online at the usual stores

and/or stores that are " earth friendly " .

So instead of selling Avon, Tupperware or Jewelry---since I really have no

time---this is a really easy way to kind of make a commission (without selling

anything) to save for something really important.

Thanks again to for making me aware of something that will help my kids

like the fish pills did and thanks to this group!
