Christ Church Budd Lake to Celebrate Second Annual All God's Children

Christmas Worship Service

Christ Church Budd Lake invites all families to the 2nd Annual All God's

Children Christmas service. All God's Children is a non-denominational

Christian service designed to appeal to children of all ages, with a

particular welcome for children with Autism, PDD-NOS, ADHD, ADD, Downs, or

any other developmental or physical challenge. This special Christmas

worship service will take place on December 21st from 9AM to 9:30AM.

The All God's Children service is an opportunity for parents to participate

with their children in a Spirit-filled celebration of God's love for them.

Children are NOT required to sit still or to remain quiet. Instead, they

are encouraged to participate in this all-inclusive service to the best of

their individual abilities. Catering to short attention spans, the service

is a lively combination of Christmas music, prayer, Bible stories, movement

and an optional communion. The essential message of God's love and joy for

all of His children is presented in a simplified but meaningful way. This

service brings together children with disabilities AND children without

disabilities to learn together, and from each other, in an atmosphere of

understanding and acceptance.

Parents and children are invited to pray for healing, for strength, for

progress, and for enlightenment. As the birth of Jesus is celebrated,

everyone is also reminded what Jesus said in Luke 18:16, " Let the children

come to me, and do not keep them away, for of such is the kingdom of

heaven. "
