Guest guest
Hi,I'm new to the group, but have been reading post for a while. My 23m.daughter has pretty bad allergies which probably contributed to her late speech. We stared therapy with SLP , supplements Nordic naturals PRO-EFA and Vita E, as well as probiotics. How ever she develop candida ( thrash) in her mouth, and I suspects is in her intestine as well. The Dr. prescribe Nystatin ( oral) for 5 days. Here is my question - should I stop all her supplements for those 5 days, to sort of starve the yeast? Has any one have any experience with this? Any comment will be welcome. Regards Krys, mom of 4,5 Sidney with CP and 23m.Mikayla ( possible verbal apraxia)
