? on when to up dosage on fish oil..

Hello everyone,

I'm sure this question has been answered before, so I apologize. Just

looking for a few opinions/examples to go from.

how long did most of you wait before you added the second capsule of

EFA? i know some have said 6 months and others have been only a month

or so. My son, 2 1/2 has been on the one for 1 month now so im just

wondering when to add the other one. I haven't noticed big differences

with the first one yet, just some slight improvements with his overall

speech(which are wonderful of course). So, didnt know if he needed

more in order to see bigger improvements or if it just takes more time

with some kids. I dont want to add it too fast, which is why I am

asking. I appreciate any thoughts or if anyone has a link on this from

past posts that would be great. thanks again.
