Dont the answer. But I can say that whatever the school chooses to use as a

guideline regardless of the state that they are in, does not matter. It is

federal law and IDEA that rules. Having said that, what formal speech

evaluations has your child had or been tested on in this area by the school

district under child find? What private evaluations have you had done?

Hi,

I used it as a guideline with our district and I am in NH. They accepted it and

pretty much gave all the speech I wanted.

Sorry i do not know the answer to your question. I live in NH also and I have a

10yr old with severe dyspraxia of speech. I just thought I would let you know

that someone else is also dealing with the the special ed system in your state.
