Is anyone using L-Carnosine to treat apraxia (with no other Dx)?

Is anyone using (or has used) L-Carnosine to treat their child's apraxia? My

son is 18 months old and has an apraxia diagnosis. I have been using ProEFA for

several weeks and have not seen much improvement. In fact, I've seen a plateau

and almost a small regression. I am wondering if I should be supplementing with

L-Carnosine as well?
