Moving to Hampton Roads Virginia area. School recommendations?

Hi, we are planning a move to the Hampton Roads area. Our son is 4 years old

and suffers from severe apraxia of speech.

I was hoping for recommendations of particular school districts with good

special education programs.

Also, any recommendations of developmental pediatricians and local speech

therapists would be greatly appreciated.
