can i give 2 ProEFA's at one time or is it best to split the dose up?

Hello everyone,

I was hoping someone could answer a quick question for me. I was

wondering when you give the ProEFA and you do 2 capsules, do they have

to be split up into 2 does or can you give both capsules in one dose?

i am having a hard time getting my almost 3 year old to get a second

dose. we usually put it in his pudding so i was wondering if i could

put both doses in one pudding or if its best to split the two pills?
