Guest guest
In 's case her son moved from the US to Israel and being apraxic now has to learn in a second language as well. had called me for academic suggestions a few months back as you can archive and even though I have many others- I also recommended nutriiveda saying " I can't explain why it's helping academics but it just is " As she has allowed me to share updates a few times before -it was just like Tanner in about a week she got a call from Tal's teacher about his improvements in academics (and of course the teacher knew nothing about nutriiveda) There are a few of our members from other countries now using Nutriiveda -and if you want to be put together with other parents in your area also using it just let me know! The doctor she brings up Dr. Simon is one of the world renowned doctors behind nutriiveda, a neurologist who is the co founder of the Chopra Center with Dr. Deepak Chopra http://pursuitofresearch.org/advisors.html Dawn's phone number is below because she is more than happy to speak to anyone about her various children both autistic and apraxic doing well on nutriiveda. I know there are a few of us like Dawn who have more than one child/diagnosis we are dealing with and it's good to know that it's working for so many ages and diagnosis. As I have posted to my facebook profile " Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler. " -Albert Einstein Also I have email addresses for both parents if needed too! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi . Great to hear from you! We've been moving along with the nutriiveda and I was actually going to write to you soon to order some more. I have 4 full canisters left and one on it's way out and my husband is coming to the US in 2 weeks and staying for two weeks so I thought that would just see me through, (ie 4 weeks). I use about one canister a week on Tal and also give extra to my other kids but not as much. I will gladly give a canister to another parent. Where does she live? No problem. I'd also love to be in touch with other parents using the stuff in Israel. I may hear Dr. Simon speak at a convention. He is visiting for the first time to Israel. He's not speaking about the product itself but living a healthy lifestyle etc. (I'm sure he'll mention the products). Do you think he's worth listening to? It's difficult for me to get time off work but I am intrigued to meet the guy! About Tal. We are continuing to see lovely improvements across the board and definitely feel that it has jump started him. We still have to be on his case to actually want to do the work but when he does it everything seems to be clicking for him much easier. He's now taking spelling tests in English and only taking 6 words as opposed to the rest of the class's 12 but he is getting 100%!! Considering what the child has to deal with on a daily basis of trying to understand what's going on as round him and learning a whole new language he is doing remarkably well. He continues to make progress with his Hebrew speaking, reading, writing and math which was the hardest thing for him is really taking off. He is even starting multiplication....who'd have thought?! Regarding Tal's height he has definitely had a growth spurt and has also filled out in girth though. Not fat but just fuller. This is the age that they start doing that though (10) Let me know how you want to proceed and tons of hugs, ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dawn's Kids Vinny & Lily~4 month update Hi All, Things are going really good for us. First, my son has been on tegretol for 9 yrs. to control his seizures successfully. He is now 14 and 4 yrs. seizure free, no increase in meds. for 4 yrs. and a normal EEG! Next week he is going to his neurologist and we will start a weaning off meds. schedule! This is a huge step forward for us, even though he has many other hurdles to overcome( apraxia, autism) The introduction of NV into our lives has made a huge difference. He has made more progress with new words and some phrases since being on it than over the past 10 yrs.! For my daughter, who is 9yrs. old, she has more new words as well and receptive language and her cognition is incredible. I am constantly testing her with requests, not speaking to her like she is a 2yr. old and she gets it. this is something we have to stick with because I am seeing new progress all the time with both of them. She also has a seizure disorde, ( aprxia, autism ) only been seizure free for 1 yr. and we need to do another EEG on her, but it's not up for discussion yet for her to go off meds. I will write after next week's appt. Take Care, Dawn from New York.
