I have my 4 yr old son on just 100% whey protein isolate, fish oils, and

flintstone complete vitamin. He has produced longer phrases, and learned is

ABCs and what they say in 2 days since starting the whey protein!!! The only

big difference in what I'm doing versus NV, is mine doesn't include chromuim or

magnesium. I'm thinking of adding those one at a time (it would cost $5 for a

200 day supply), just to see if he has any further surges. I am not against NV,

and just perfer to add one item at a time to see if it makes a difference or

not. Hope this helps!

on it. I put Cassandra's name on here because she clearly proved and learned

the hard way it's not just the whey isolate that is " working'. The only people

that can answer this are people like Cassandra or any of us who are already

seeing surges on nutriiveda- switch to just any other whey isolate but don't say

you weren't warned and ask Cassandra how bad the regression is!!! While you

would see surges if you never used any other whey isolate prior -you would

notice a regression if you are switching from nutriiveda -and as Cassandra

learned it may not be a subtle regression either. And I'm sorry I can't recall

the name of the parent who had her son (who is teenage now) on whey isolate

protein shakes each AM for years with no changes till nutriiveda.

across the board surges like these http://pursuitofresearch.org/pursuit.html

then you have to use nutriiveda.

nutriiveda it's expensive and not one you could buy in the store. You would

look for a 100 percent natural made from whole milk CASEIN FREE whey

protein...you won't find that at Whole Foods- you'd have to get it online or

through a doctor- it would be considered pharmaceutical grade. This would be an

example of one whey that is only 99 percent whey and contains sodium (nutriiveda

is casein free so 100 percent whey and sodium free) but 60 servings of

nutriiveda per scoop which is what this is would cost 80 dollars -and that's

without the ayurvedic aspect too -this one is 110 but the suggested retail would

be $140.76 (might I add !!!!!!!!! and one more !)

suspicious that nutrients are added vs what is found in nature- the amino acids

in nutriiveda including all the essential amino acids are not added- like all

nutrients in nutriiveda they are from whole food which is the purest form of

supplementation -and in that case from the whey isolate protein.

ayurvedic foods which are synergistically blended as well. Each ingrideint is

tested free of any heavy metal, pesticide or herbicide- certified 100 percent

food by the FDA and each ingridient is water soluble- and for sure if you or

anyone tried to buy each ingredient to make your own nutriiveda- it would cost

you more than 40 a canister!!

I put my son on Jay Robb's whey isolate protein for a few weeks before getting

NV. He did have some changes, dancing, singing and seemed to be more

coordinated. NV is different though, he has the same things, but better

articulation, sleeping through the night, normalized digestion which led to

potty training. Those three things I did not see at all on the whey isolate, but

they did seem to help some, just not as much

Hey Lori -yes we did cover this awhile ago- I have one of the archvies below on

it. I put Cassandra's name on here because she clearly proved and learned the

hard way it's not just the whey isolate that is " working'. The only people that

can answer this are people like Cassandra or any of us who are already seeing

surges on nutriiveda- switch to just any other whey isolate but don't say you

So again for sure there probably would be surges if one just started giving

their child a whey isolate protein...but if you wanted the really dramatic

across the board surges like these http://pursuitofresearch.org/pursuit.html

then you have to use nutriiveda.

Re: Whey proteins

Hi I should have answered you direct so thank you for sharing -I was

just answering all the others knowing most don't know there are differences in

the whey proteins. What you are seeing is very cool and it will be interesting

to see if you notice any difference and in what areas when you start the

nutriiveda.

The theories so far have been linked to the proteins, amino acids, and turmeric

-but haven't even looked at everything else. I just got an interesting email

from one of our Dads who is going to post his theory over the weekend as to why

this is working. So exciting!

But about the proteins I thought it's good to know there are differences between

the proteins. I myself had to learn about the differences between the proteins

when I was taking them -but know from other friends who don't drink protein

shakes in the AM that they don't know the difference. If you don't know which

one is best...ask a body builder!
