I tried Threelac for three months and it did NOTHING for my Candida Albicans, in

spite of there being, " Testimonials " on numerous websites, (selling the stuff),

all over the internet.

It cost me UK£40 per month.

What HAS started to work though is an extended Detox regime, (Detoxx tm) and a 7

course of " Replete " - MEGA dose pro-biotic.

There doesn't appear to be a short fix for C.Albicans, it takes a strict diet

and a proper regime, I've been at it for over a year and I'm starting to see it

slowly reversing - PHEW!

Best.

Hello friends. I haven't been a member very long, but look forward to

reading my email daily. Anyway.... My 3yo daughter with apraxia has

suffered from a thick whitish coating on her tongue since infancy. She

was plagued by the chronic ear infections and antibiotic tx from birth

to 2yo. I've discussed this tongue coating and bad breath with all of

her " medical doctors " . All of which told me it is not thrush. It has

never gone away. It will get better but never gone. Whenever she gets

a cold or has to be on antibiotics it gets very bad and her breath is

horrible. We tried nystatin in the past. Of course the problem

remains. Any suggestions for a cure? I just ordered my first supply

of NV. Haven't gotten it yet? Am looking forward to any suggestions

for this frustrating problem.

Where on her tongue is the whitish buildup? On the front? Middle? It is most

likely thrush due to a tongue thrust & an anterior build up of food on this

part of her tongue. My guess is that her tongue mobility (lateralization,

elevation), grading, coordination, and dissociation is reduced. Hence why

she does not clear the food residue on her tongue. I would need to see her

to confirm this analysis. She needs structured oral motor placement

exercises for improved sound production, articulation clarity, and skill in

eating w/appropriate tongue retraction. She may also need PROMPT therapy to

improve motor planning for speech. Email me off list for more info. J

Warmest wishes,

Barbara
