This month's Scientific American has a *very* interesting article on

celiac/gluten/immune response.

One of the more interesting quotes from the article:

" Surprisingly, essentially the same trio—an environmental trigger, a

genetic susceptibility and a “leaky gut”—seems to underlie other

autoimmune disorders as well. This finding raises the possibility that
