Most people here haven't had success with cod liver oil. If you look in the

archives and files section on the group website you'll find a lot of

info on fish oils. The brands that many use is Nordic Naturals, the ProEFA

and ProEPA in a 2:1 ratio.

We use the NN 3-6-9 (same thing as Pro EFA) and have for several months.

is doing well but everything I have read says that the brain needs more DHA than

EPA so I am thinking of switching to the NN DHA supplement plus giving Vit E and

flaxseed oil. I am reading a great book called " Brain Building Nutrition " by

Schmidt, PhD that has lots of good information.
