I don't think I am giving the right amount of cod liver oil. How much do I give ? What are some things others are doing to help with apraxia? Any advice ? thanks > Best > KAthy >
Guest guest
Most people here haven't had success with cod liver oil. If you look in the archives and files section on the group website you'll find a lot of info on fish oils. The brands that many use is Nordic Naturals, the ProEFA and ProEPA in a 2:1 ratio. Guest guest
We use the NN 3-6-9 (same thing as Pro EFA) and have for several months. is doing well but everything I have read says that the brain needs more DHA than EPA so I am thinking of switching to the NN DHA supplement plus giving Vit E and flaxseed oil. I am reading a great book called " Brain Building Nutrition " by Schmidt, PhD that has lots of good information. > > Hi, > > My son has apraxia , dyspraxia and autism.
