Guest guest
Take your son in there and have him say something that you know he has difficulties with and ask " how can you deny this child services, when you clearly sees he needs it? " I take my son everywhere so people can see what child with difficulties looks like. They look like everyday people. I say fight them and don't be passive with them, tell them that you are going to report them to the state and make complaints about your issue because they are not being fair!! My son is non-verbal autistic was denied services~ we fought for months on end. We would, from the time we got up until the time we went to bed called, wrote, and emailed people. ~good luck Insurance companies can be asses!! > > HI, > My son has significant speech delays, insurance keeps denying speech therapy, I have a final appeal , with them 8/19 where I'll/or my ped. be given 10 minutes to present my case. Any suggestions? > >
