Guest guest
I read the label on the Vitamin E bottle at the store and it said " do not give this to persons under age 18. " We all have to be sure to get the doctor's approval before giving medications and/or vitamins! Remember there are varying opinions even among the professionals. We did lots of homeopathy and pumping in the EFAs etc then as we went with the biochemist stuff that doctor said " it's all a money-making thing " and the brand (well-known one!)of vitamins we were using was not what it claimed to be. Not to discourage anyone - just sharing from our experience. We're back to the basics: eat a good diet. We actually had to increase vitE to 800IU. > > > > Krys > > > > > > > > > > >
