What vitamins are you giving him? i just ordered the NourishLife Speak.

Gretchen-thank you for listing those two books. I started " Disconnected Kids "

and put it aside not knowing what I was doing..if it was a good read etc etc..

 Seeing you comment on it will have me picking it up again to give it a more

serious look.thanks.

And I will be getting the other book also.

I have been giving Vit E 400IU and either Carlson fish oil or Nordic

Naturals Ultimate Omega. I had the best response with Vitamin Shoppe High Gamma

Vit E. My son has a microdeletion (he's missing a gene/small piece of DNA) that

is the cause of his speech and other issues. It is a rare disorder, but he did

respond to the vitamins, as many of the other children have. After a little more

than a year on Vitamin E, I had to stop become his levels became high and he had

symptoms of too much vitamin E. After a year off I restarted Vit E because his

blood vit E level dropped to low again, and he was having sensory symptoms

again. Hope that is helpful.

I used to order the vitamin shoppe high gamma, but last month when

i went to re-order, they discontinued it.  do you know where I can

get more?  My son really responded to that one as well

high gamma= I like this one: NOW Foods Gamma E Complex- seems to be working fine

for my 2 year old. I give 1-2 a day.
