Who will help him or her, especially after parents are gone? What adult services will he or she need? How long will it take to get services? Where will he or she live and work? What are my options if I do not want to manage services and supports? How can I be sure there are adequate financial resources available? And what about waiting lists? These and other questions will be addressed in a series of free workshops designed for parents, grandparents and adult siblings. Covering the basics, but going beyond, these workshops will describe creative options for housing and services and how families can use resources -- public and private -- to help create the life they dream of for their loved one with disabilities.
