Guest guest
: these types of recipes easily lend themselves to adding a scoop or two of brewer's yeast, which is loaded with nutrients. You may need to add some more fruit or sucralose to mask the taste of the yeast. I add more fruit in my " healthy cake " recipe, for example. I usually add unsweetened blueberry allfruit (but any flavor allfruit would do)for both taste and nutrition. Experiment - it's a lot of fun and really makes your day when you hit upon the perfect combination. Also a small amt of nut pieces might taste delicious with this recipe. wrote: If anyone has any ideas on how to tweak this recipe I would be (as well as CRONie pancake loves elsewhere) much appreciative.
