Guest guest
Well, I can't really help you out because I only have vanilla, BUT I wouldn't let that reason (him not liking it) hold me back from getting it....you WILL find a way to get it in him, if you are determined and it's made such a HUGE impact on my son that I know how great it could be for you too :-) Just look on the suggestions page for how to get it into your child and see which (chocolate or vanilla) sounds like it'd work better for you--I got vanilla because I could put it in my son's juice and also put it in his milk with chocolate, etc. I didn't think chocolate would go so well in juice ;-) Good Luck! -Brittany In a message dated 8/6/2010 9:08:51 A.M. I don't want to buy a whole can and find out he hates it. Yes, I know it's a money back guarantee for me, but it's still a waste for the company. Is there any way to get a scoop or 2 of each flavor as a sample? If there's a member here who's willing to mail it my way, I'd be happy to pay a few dollars to cover the cost and postage. I just don't want to spend $80 to buy a can of each. Thanks to anyone who's reading this!
Guest guest
In general if your child likes chocolate milk or pudding I'd try the chocolate to start. If they don't like chocolate I'd try the vanilla to start as you can mix that probably easier in yogurt, oatmeal etc. and of course works really well with all kinds of fruit juices (either flavor works in rice krispy treats I'm traveling right now but if you wanted to wait could send you a sample of each in a zip lock bag -not sure if there is anyone that lives near you that can do the same however. What state are you in? As Brittany pointed out there are a number of serving suggestions on this page http://pursuitofresearch.org/serving_suggestions.html Also as I pointed out recently you don't always have to purchase 2 canisters to start- here again are the suggestions http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=115029735601 & topic=14809 Again let me know what state you are in and I can check to see if there are any parents or professionals that are near you for a sample -if not and if nobody else here has a sample of both flavors I can get you a sample next week as my one son loves chocolate and the other vanilla...if you want to wait that long!! =====
Guest guest
He doesn't do chocolate milk, and I don't think he does pudding, but he does love chocolate in general (and in ice cream). I know he likes yogurt, though, and some of the other suggestions will work for him. Thanks for posting them. > I live in (central) NJ. If there is anyone around here, that would be great. Otherwise, if you can send a small sample, I'll be happy to wait. I've waited this long, what's another week? I just placed an order with speech411 (my email is seamoonmommy), if you could throw it in the box. Otherwise, I'll happily pay for separate shipping (and the cost for the sample, of course!). Thanks again to everyone! > > In general if your child likes chocolate milk or pudding I'd try the chocolate to start.
