Guest guest
Can anyone recomend a digital scale under about $60 dollars, that he/she has found truly accurate? Either by personal experience or from any sort of personal research. I'm not interested in fat percentage at this point. Thanks
Guest guest
Thanks so much for the info. I do have time. I started Phase 1 last Saturday (and lost 5 lbs since then) and have an appointment with Transformations on May 29th so I've got plenty of time to find a scale! Does anyone know ... is the colonics hydrotherapy really necessary? I'd love to do 15 this month, but they're sooooo expensive!!! They come to about $80 per session! Wonder if KT would finance this for me? LOL I'm doing the whole body cleanse (2 pills in the a.m. and 2 in the evening), but my bowel schedule hasn't really changed. I don't know if it's working??? Any comments about poop today? :-)dvstork <dvstork@...> wrote: If it's digital, and measures in grams, it shouldn't matter. I thinkthe important thing is that it is digital, because there's noguess-work about values. I bought a digital food scale yesterday onsale at a dept. store for same price as website mentioned below, without shipping, so if you have the time, look around. mentioned theimportance of a digital kitchen scale.
