Take Control: Building the skills for a successful tomorrow

Conference Benefits

Standard Registration

$60 until 10/17/2009 and cancellations will be honored up to this date.

Walk Ins

Any registrations received after this deadline will be charged $70 at the

door.

October 22nd is a conference designed for parents by parents. This all day

conference will have much more than just the average workshops. Instead we

will provide families with resources that you are welcome to talk with

throughout the day. This is your opportunity to get your personal questions

answered and concerns addressed by a panel of respected professionals.

What to Expect:

� Free consultation with Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and

Department of Developmental Disabilities.

� Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Behavior analyst will be

available all day for complimentary consults on social skills, communication

issues, behavior challenges and sensory concerns.

� An attorney from Hinkle, Finlges and Prior will be available during the

day for additional questions on IEPs.

� Special Care Planner will be providing free resources to families on Life

Care Planning and will be available all day for parents with private

questions regarding their investments and/or insurance options.

� Free one hour private consultations will be made available to all

conference attendees with a special needs lawyer and financial advisor at a

later date in Cherry Hill.

� You will also receive a free resource guide from Exceptional Parent

Magazine, a free Play Pass to LittleSport in Maple Shade, and a discount

card to subscribe to Exceptional Parent magazine.
