We have tried Valerian to help him sleep better but some days are terrible and other days he is perfect. > Anybody that can help? > > Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device from U.S. Cellular >
Guest guest
Try keeping a list of the clothes he does it with and see if the same items pop up. You could also list the foods eaten in the last 24 hours whenever it occurs to see if it is related to some food sensitivity. Remember liquids for this also. Is it related to sleep, nightmares, or tension in the home or at school. My son gets really strange if my husband and I argue and he'll refuse food, panic when the toy doesn't act right, etc. Since it's not every morning, I think it might be related to something other than just getting dressed. Like his tummy hurts and the process of getting dressed makes it worse, or it's the underwear or shirt that's uncomfortable and it makes him dread having any clothes on. Keep a list of as many variables as you can on the mornings he's like this, relive the night before, the meals, list the clothing reacted to. Something will pop up as a trigger.
