Inactive children will become inactive adults

There has been a great deal of research on the subject of children and exercise.

Children who are active are usually physically fit but those who do not do much

physical activity are usually , unhealthy ,overweight or obese. The negative

effect from childhood obesity and physical inactivity can persist into

adulthood. There can be a negative consequence on obese child's health. Which

can include, hypertension, type 2 diabetes as well as development of

atherosclerosis. It is likely that an inactive kid will become and inactive

adult.

Preventive health measures must be taken in efforts to increase activity in

children and adolescence in order to help reduce these negative effects as well

as death from heart disease. Check with your personal trainer and doctor to see

what exercise and diet program is the proper one for your individual need.

Make sure to get your doctors approval before stating any exercise and diet

regimen.

The number one way to fight against obesity and inactivity is to practice as an

adult and be a role model for your child.
