Hi Ellie,

My daughter was one year old and we started with one ProEFA...then 2 weeks later

added another ProEFA...then 2 weeks later added the ProEPA.

This is the dosage we have kept her at.

Only you can decide how much to give your child. But my Granddaughter is 3 and

she is taking 2 Pro EFA and 1 EPA. She started taking them when she was a little

over 2 years old, she started with 1 EFA for a month then my daughter added 1

more EFA then about 3 months after that gave her the 1 EPA. She takes them once

a day all 3 in the morning. She is doing great and never had a problem taking

them. When she only had one pill she would chew it up and eat it like a fruit

chew, now that she takes all three she chews them up and feeds the capsules to

the dog. (she loves that part). If there is a day she doesn't want to have them

my daughter just reminds her they are to help her talk and she takes them. This

is the site my daughter gets her from. Fast service and help with any questions

she had/has.
