My son has Down syndrome, dysphasia and dispraxia---diagnosed this summer. He

just started private speech, we went for about 3 weeks and suddenly they

reversed the approval to pay saying he wasn't covered due to Down syndrome. ???

The therapist is appealing--my husband and I have had problems previously w/the

hospital using incorrect codes w/an ER visit which took a year to resolve...so

we are wondering if a correct code could get it payed for!

We live in FL and have UHC.

I also wanted to cry--yet am trying to stay in balance w/all the stress
