A little note on Ayurveda and Nutriiveda

Those new to Ayurveda and Nutriiveda are getting confused by the names.

Mamy moms had emailed me offlist requesting clarification.

I thought I will post it for general info.

Ayurveda is a system of traditional medicine practiced in India and alternative

medicine praticed in the rest of the world.

Most of the Ayurvedic medicines are natural herbs.

Nutriiveda is the product that has been discussed showing amazing improvements

to some of the kids who took it. Nutriiveda contains ayurvedic ingredients.

Hope this clarifies the differences.
