Guest guest
We've done the water parks and make sure there are groups of the same age range kids that will stay together and an adult to stay with each group. I was able to let my oldest go alone with his older cousins while I stayed with the younger kids. that included my special needs daughter and my 5yr old. Theres always a wave pool and you can just sit on the " shore " of that and enjoy the water there. There are always rides for the younger kids..our water park has the floats they can ride on and its low enough to just walk thru the water pushing them along. Make sure you have water shoes for everyone!! All the parks should have some kind of kiddie section for babies and toddlers. have fun!! > > We are going with another family to a water park next weekend and my son does not do well with water, so has never been on a water slide before. Has anyone been in this situation that can advice me on what I can say to him, or bring? Should we just avoid the slides? I want my son to enjoy himself and aren't those slides scary for young children? Kate >
