water park next weekend tips??!!!!

We are going with another family to a water park next weekend and my son does

not do well with water, so has never been on a water slide before. Has anyone

been in this situation that can advice me on what I can say to him, or bring?

Should we just avoid the slides? I want my son to enjoy himself and aren't

those slides scary for young children? Kate
