My son is 30 months and he's been on NN 3,6,9 Complete liquid for 3-4 months

now. We give him 1/2 tsp daily, but just increased to 1 tsp and he had no

trouble with it.

However, I've read more and more that people are seeing the most results with

the combo of 2 ProEFA pills and 1 ProEPA pill per day. We just ordered this for

our little one and from everything I've read and many mothers I've spoken with,

he should be fine to take that dosage. It can take some time for their tummies

to get used to it, so some people ease their kids into the dosage and increase

as needed. There's something about the ratios in that combo that is working for

people.

Not sure how big your child is, so it wouldn't hurt to contact a pediatrician or

someone who officially knows about this to check for sure.

In the last week or so someone posted some links on here that explained this a

bit better...I'm looking for them, but you can sift through and find as well.

If I locate I'll repost in this message.

My son is the same age and we use 2 capsules in the morning. We typically

squeeze them into yogurt as it dillutes the taste. The good thing about fish

oil is that the body would naturally rid itself of excess. This is unlike some

things like Vitamin E where too much could be harmful. Welcome to the group!

Shouldn't our kids be getting more omega 3 instead of the 3,6,9?

Thank you,
