you can do the liquid with a dropper--that's what I do.  I use NN ProEFA

liquid.  I take a little cup that comes with children's tylenol, etc.  pour in

the efa and squeeze 1 ProEPA capsule and vitamin E capsule in there, pull it

into the medicine dropper and inject it into my son's mouth.  It cant be tasty,

but he takes it...and its the only way he would.
