Be a Boost! After School Buddy @ the Bergen County YJCC

The Bergen County YJCC is looking for children who are 8-14 years old who

want to be Buddies in our after school Boost! program. This would be a fun

opportunity to help kids who want to learn how to play and practice with

friends. There will be many fun activities including games, art projects and

cooking. Boost! is an after school program for kids who are on the autism

spectrum and need to develop their social skills.

If you are looking for community service or a fun activity that will help

other

kids, Boost! would be a great program for you.

There are two groups. Little Boost! meets Monday and Wednesday for

children ages 4 - 7 and Boost! meets on Tuesday and Thursday for children

8-14. Both sessions are from 4:30pm-6:00pm. Volunteer for one or both

days.

If you are interested in being a Boost! Buddy please share this with your

parents. They should know that you and other Boost! Buddies will be in a

group with children and teachers who will always be supervising the after

school activities. Parent permission is required. Please contact,
