As you get more into CRON, 1/2 cup or even less will satisfy your ice cream cravings. You can make a CR hot fudge sundae with sugarless cocoa. Add sucralose and water and warm slightly for either a chocolate " fix " or a CR hot fudge sundae if ladled over your ice cream!! It's delicious. (I add some Brewer's Yeast to my cocoa, so at least I'm getting some solid nutrients along with my " sundae " ). I can vouch that it's extremely satisying and only about 60 cal or so depending on how much of the ice cream you eat. You cab also buy Jello sugar free chocolate pudding. Make with skim milk.
