OTOH as I said in a previous post, it could be something else ranging from a mild treatable disorder to something very serious and a complete checkup is in order. Headaches, dizzyness, fatigue can be anything from a harmless virus or on the more serious side, a brain tumor. GO GET CHECKED.

I'm not discouraging anyone from getting tests in general - I agree, it could be something other than low blood sugar and it should be tested. I am discouraging people from expecting a blood sugar test to be a definitive diagnosis of low blood sugar. My sugar has never tested " low " , but I can tell you right now I'd be six feet under right now (not an exaggeration) if I did not follow a low blood sugar diet. IMHO, the tests to date for LBS are simply not sophisticated enough to determine this particular condition. -Dana
Guest guest
Hi all, I had these symptoms in the mornings after starting cr and I realized that a combination of a lowfat, small breakfeast and too much caffeine were the result. Caffeine, in my case at least, requires a good bit of food and fat to keep it from overwhelming me, so check that out if you have'nt already. Guest guest
Just a BTW. My ASD son did not have low blood sugar (he was tested frequently at first because he was a large-10lb 3ou-baby), but my second, NT, son did because I had to have a C-section and he went without his mama and her boobs for about an hour. He actually got sweaty it was so low. Also, I think that blood sugar is not considered low in babies till 40 or less.
