I fear my post won't be popular but I feel the need to see if there is anyone

else out there like us.

We have a 7 year old apraxic son. He is in public school at his grade level

although definitely struggling with reading and math. He has an IEP and

receives 3 30 minute sessions throughout the school week and 1 hour of private

therapy per week. In June, he tested at a 3 year 9 month articulation level

although his language approached his age. He has friends and gets along fine

despite his speech as he is fairly athletic. He did have sensory issues when

younger - his sensory issues now are limited to fear of haircuts, bandaids and

the doctors. Still, I worry about him tremendously.

I've been curious about the nutriveda but honestly, multi-level marketing has

always been such a huge turn off to me that I'm hesitant to try it. My husband

has always been completely anti some of these new things and unless there is

strong mainstream research on the product (which there never seems to be with

multi-level marketing - or it is sponsored by the sellers) he doesn't want to

put our son on it.

Early on, we tried many of the fish oils but our son wouldn't take them. The

only ones he likes (and takes daily) are rainbow light gummylicious.

If anyone else on the listserve has experienced the same doubts as us, I would

love to hear from you.

Thank you!
