Guest guest
Hi all, I am also hypoglycemic and have found that staying off carbs and all sweets helps enormously. If I have higher GI (fruit) food I found that having it with a fat ( a few nuts) keeps the sugar bounce away. Also, for me, exercise has a great deal to do with how much I suffer the ill effects of hypo. If I exercise 4 times a week, as I normally do, it disappears completely and I can even have the luxury of being hours late for a meal without the tremors. But if I fall behind on the exercise I get the sugar drops and shaking attacks again. I hope this is helpful, MM _________________________________________________________________ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com
