Guest guest
This almost makes me want to re-join the other list. Although we grow vegetables, grind grain, and sprout sprouts, keep our ground flax in the freezer, I don't think any of these things are critical for life extension. Nor do I think my present program is optimal for everybody. I'm not even sure it's optimal for me. Just better than most of the other options, (for me). I know, because I've tried them and know what the results were, for me. Thank you, Francesca, for posting this "chill" message. Ed S.
