Rabbi Yisroel Deren, founder and director of Chabad of Fairfield County, CT,

has extensive experience in all areas of Jewish community service has been

actively involved in teaching a wide range of audiences on the university

level and in adult education settings. Rabbi Deren has lectured extensively

and conducted Shabbatons throughout the United States.

Following a series of personal tragedies, Rabbi Deren has been a source of

strength, inspiration and faith, bringing Torah's message of hope, joy and

strength to diverse audiences.
