Guest guest
hi all! i have a quick question that i am not sure an answer even exists... i'm trying to locate a PROMPT resource online to help with my 2.5 year old apraxic daughter. specifically, i want to find the cue for the " y " sound (as in " yes " or " yo-yo " ) i have a private SLP and EI, neither of whom are PROMPT certified, but my private SLP did use a PROMPT cue to teach my daughter how to make the " m " sound rather successfully, but she does not know the " y " cue. anyway, not urgently important, but i thought if anyone had a good online resource to share we might be able to speed things up a bit for her (her " yes " is coming out like " way " and it's causing some major frustration, although on a side note, i'm secretly thrilled she's saying anything for " yes " lately -- she just started saying that along with saying " mama " for the first time this week thanks! marah
