Hi all! Jaine has offered to help us with any questions we have on BigTent. If

you did not receive an invite to our group there please email me at

lisa@... or at lewis@... and let us know. This is a

private group for us at https://www.bigtent.com/groups/cherab

Anyone who accepts the invites to Big Tent (which again is a free forum with

online read from web only options) will not be getting any emails from there

unless they switch options as all of us are set to no email web only. The group

is " forever free " and I switched an option as the membership was confusing some

people -so no need to ever " renew "

If you have a question about " how do I? " as Jaine puts it -please email the

question to Jaine at cherab_bigtenthelp@... as she is currently

like our big sister helping us to get accustomed to our new group.

The following is an email from Jaine -and again this new section is up at our

BigTent group..but in order to find it you'll again have to sign in with your

existing email and password as all are set to web only. If you want to change

that option you can!

Do you mind doing a " news " announcement about the existence of the forum and

telling them that if they have BigTent questions, they can email into:

cherab_bigtenthelp@...

As you begin to invite members onto your board, you will be faced with the

challenge of making sure your members get the most out of their BigTent

experience - thereby enjoying your group.

You'll also probably be faced with a lot of " how do I? " questions.In order to

help you during this transition period, as your members begin to slowly migrate

over to the system, I'd like to offer you the opportunity to create a BigTent

Question and Answer forum - which I will gladly moderate.

I will start this forum by introducing myself and the forum. Then, once a week,

for eight weeks, I will post a new " tip " on features members can use in BigTent.

I will also field any of the " how do I " questions your members may pose on this

forum.

This resource can help new members feel like they have somewhere to ask their

questions, and can also help to create a nice resource for your group for future

members joining you at a later date, who can then search the Question and Answer

forum to get all their questions answered.

If you are interested in this coaching option, I will need to create a BigTent

Software Question and Answer forum. You'll have to explain to members who I am

and why I'm a part of the group, probably.
