My friend who is a skinny minnie and self proclaimed krispie treat fanatic along

with her sisters made the NV treats with chocolate and said they were yummy.

She's the one that helped me with the recipe that is up here

http://pursuitofresearch.org/serving_suggestions.html

Jolie always has marshmallows and rice krispy cereal in her house for when she

needs a RK snack -and now she's making it with NV because she doesn't (clearly)

always eat healthy enough.

She told me the following are super important for perfect treats

Make sure you have the stove on low simmer -it should take a long time for the

marshmallows to melt and they should be luke warm at the hottest.

Instead of the large marshmallows use the minis as they melt faster

Throw in the amount of cups of rice krispie cereal called for- you are adjusting

to the extra protein powder with the extra butter (sounding more healthy all the

time huh :)

It is hard to mix but do the best you can and pour it right into a greased pan

and just press it down and cut them up into squares- and based on how many

scoops of NV you know what serving each RC treat is.

Also keep in mind if making them with melted chocolate -you want to make sure

you don't add anything too hot to the NV because you don't want to compromise

the essential amino acids- or the little Veedas as some of us now call whatever

is in there working away- make sure it's luke warm at hottest.

OK...so since you have gotten it in even if it's not the full dosage and in a

few days -dish -any surges yet http://pursuitofresearch.org/pursuit.html in any

of those areas?!!
